To access your certificates, first, make sure you're registered and logged in. Once logged in, you'll find a dedicated section for your certificates. Navigate through the folders based on the year and purchase order number to locate your specific certificates.

How can I search for a specific certificate if I only know the Heatnumber or Purchase Order (PO) number?

You can search for certificates using the search bar on the portal. Just enter your Reference Number Ex: Heatnumber or PO number, and the portal will display a list of certificates related to that specific search query, making it easier for you to find what you're looking for.

Can I download multiple certificates at once, or do I need to download them one by one?

You can download multiple certificates at once. Simply select the certificates you want to download within a specific folder, and use the download option provided. This will allow you to download all selected certificates in a ZIP file for your convenience.

How frequently are the certificates updated on the portal?

Certificates are synchronized weekly to ensure that you have access to the most up-to-date information.

I couldn't find my certificates for a specific date range. What should I do?

If you are unable to locate your certificates that were issued between January 1, 2022, and within the last 7 days, please follow these steps:

  1. Perform a Detailed Search: Double-check your search criteria, including Heatnumber or Purchase Order (PO) number. Ensure you have entered the correct information.
  2. No Results Found?: If you still cannot find your certificates after a detailed search, a form will appear below the search field, prompting you to fill in the required information.
  3. Complete the Form: Fill in the required information, including your Email address and PO number. You can also provide additional details or questions in the optional Message field to help our team assist you more effectively.
  4. Submit the Form: Once you've filled out the form, click the "Submit" button.
  5. Our Team's Response: Our team will promptly receive your request and investigate the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution or further instructions via the provided email address.
